Youth Programs
নতুন প্রজন্ম, আমাদের ঐতিহ্য
At LMBCS, we believe that Bengali culture thrives when it is shared across generations. Through language education, cultural activities, and community gatherings, we encourage young people to discover their heritage, build friendships, and celebrate their Bengali identity in Canada.
-
Our Bangla School introduces children to the Bengali language and cultural heritage in a welcoming community environment.
Classes are traditionally held every other Sunday from 1:30–3:30 PM for children aged 5–12. The school is free, and LMBCS membership is not required for enrolment.
-
From music and dance to storytelling, performances, and community celebrations, LMBCS creates opportunities for children and young people to participate in Bengali cultural traditions.
These experiences help the next generation develop confidence, creativity, and meaningful connections with their community.
-
LMBCS brings generations together through community celebrations, cultural events, and shared traditions. Young people have opportunities to contribute to these gatherings, connect with community members, and develop a deeper sense of belonging.
By participating in community life, the next generation helps carry Bengali culture and traditions forward.
